COMING SOON...

Jack has been searching for his former army comrade, Martin, for over forty years. They shared an unspeakable bond for a short period of time and then were separated. In 2018, he discovers that Martin died due to complications of AIDS in the early 90s and was buried unclaimed under an alias on Hart Island, the public cemetery for New York City. For over 150 years, the cemetery has been operated by the New York City Department of Correction. Over one million people have been buried in communal graves where visitation is strictly controlled. Jack soon meets artist, Melinda, who is leading a campaign to liberate Hart Island, from the bureaucratic nightmare and associated social stigma. Melinda and family members of the dead, pressure City Hall for dignity as Jack fights to bring Martin back home to Buffalo.
